Join us for an outdoor dinner and drinks experience on Fence Stile's spacious flagstone patio with a menu inspired by the flavors of late summer and harvest. The four-course dinner with wine pairings is $65 per person. Limited seating ensures a personalized experience and social distancing. The menu's ingredients and dish selections are an attempt to marry the flavors of the waning late summer season with the anticipation of cooler temperatures and autumnal cravings as fall approaches. Guests will experience slightly heartier dishes with an earthier feel brightened by lighter, citrusy notes. For example, tart, herbal notes from lemon-parsley gremolata will add zing to roasted cauliflower and Mornay sauce, or béchamel with cheese added. The rustic character of sweet potato gnocchi and greens will be balanced by vibrant flavors of pineapple, green tomato, and chili chutney providing sweetness, acidity, and heat for a full range of flavor. Of course, these dishes are meant to be paired with wines that will enhance, accent, or provide contrast to the food.
