NYX Spirits is a Fence Stile brand that brings technological and chemistry innovation to the process of making spirits. We make small and custom batch spirits, starting with Rum, Rhum and Estate Brandy.

Our rums are bottled at the same ABV we age them at (50%) so we do not lose any of the flavors produced in the process. That means they tend to contain a stronger flavor and more alcohol than a normal liquor. Enjoyers of these spirits are then able to experience the true flavor of classically produced rums or they may choose to add some water or ice and make it a more commercial-style liquor.

Each batch is numbered and signed by the distiller and has a unique NYX ID so you can learn more about each batch!

Our Estate Brandy is aged in small casks with hand-charred wood. The brandy is considered "immature" since it isn't aged for a minimum 2 years but the Nyx brandy ages faster using the smaller casks. The taste is smooth an ideal for an after dinner sipper or a late evening relaxer.

Nyx Golden Rum

NYX Golden Rum

A classic Jamaican-style rum, intended to be heavy and rough around the edges while providing a large amount of caramel, toffee, and hickory flavors. It is aged in new charred barrels until it reaches our desired flavor.

NYX Platinum Rum

Our Golden rum is filtered to a clear spirit and aged back in the same barrel as the first time. The original char is worn off, and it gains a lighter butterscotch flavor that makes it a much smoother sipper. This is what we imagine a more modern sipping rum should take like.

NYX Amburana rum

NYX Amburana Cask Rum

This Brazilian style rum is the same base liquid as the Golden rum, but instead of going into charred American oak, it sits in barrels of a Brazilian wood called Amburana. This wood imparts tropical flavors and a certain spice to the rum. This is a much more fun and lively spirit.
