NYX Spirits brings technological and chemistry innovation to the process of making small and custom batch spirits, beginning with rum, rhum, and estate brandy.
Each release is shaped by process, aging choices, barrel character, and the distiller’s intent. Our rums are bottled at the same ABV they are aged at — 50% — so the flavor produced through the process is preserved.
Each batch is numbered and signed by the distiller and includes a unique NYX ID, giving guests a way to learn more about the individual batch.

Clear Barrel-Finished Rum
NYX Platinum Rum
Golden rum filtered to a clear spirit and aged back in the same barrel. With the original char softened, it gains a lighter butterscotch character and a smoother sipping style.
Brazilian-Style Rum
NYX Amburana Cask Rum
The same base liquid as Golden Rum, aged in Brazilian Amburana wood instead of charred American oak. The wood brings tropical flavor, warm spice, and a lively finish.
Estate Brandy
NYX “Immature” Brandy — Vidal Blanc
Distilled from estate Vidal Blanc grapes and aged in small casks with hand-charred wood. Notes of vanilla, honey, chocolate, and toffee make it a smooth after-dinner sipper.

Distilled from estate Seyval Blanc grapes and aged in small casks with hand-charred wood. Notes of caramel, almond, and raisin create a warm late-evening pour.

Estate Brandy
Distilled from estate grapes and aged in small casks.
NYX Estate Brandy is aged in small casks with hand-charred wood. The brandy is considered “immature” because it is not aged for a minimum of two years, but the smaller casks help the brandy develop flavor more quickly.
The result is smooth, warm, and ideal for an after-dinner sipper or a late-evening relaxer.
