Davis Viticulture Hybrids

Crimson Cabernet

A velvety, earth red with notes of dark cherry and natural tannins.  This variety is the best of Norton's winter hardiness and the superior wine quality of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cabernet Dore

A dry white wine with green apple, passion fruit and citrus flavors.  This variety has the elegance of a Sauvignon Blanc and  Norton's winter hardiness.  Currently, we are the only vineyard and winery in Missouri to have it.

Chambourcin Piquette

A lower-alcohol, fizzy wine alternative that is made from the pomace, which is the grape skins, seeds, stems and pulp that remains after grapes have been pressed for juice to make wine. The pomace is rehydrated, fermented and pressed again to make piquette, which is meant to be drank immediately and without aging. Because the drink is unfiltered, when bottled it has a hazy pink coloring.

White & Rosé Wines

 Reserve Vidal Blanc

This dry white is well-balanced with pear and citrus flavors.   The palate is smooth with a light, fresh, clean, bright finish​.

Missouri Seyval

This oaked white has vanilla and spice on the nose, a medium mouth feel and a lingering citrus finish.

Reserve Vignoles

Dry white with pineapple and melon flavors and a very aromatic nose.

KAIscape (lower alcohol)

This off-dry wine has notes of lemon blossom, green apple and fresh pears with a light finish. Excellent lunch time wine!

Becca Blend

This white blend has hints of green apple, pear and ripe melon with a floral nose, a light body and a crisp short finish​.

Vignoles

This semi-sweet wine has hints of pineapple, green apple and soft honeydew.  It is smooth with a long, rounded finish​.

Sweet Moments

​Hints of strawberry and cotton candy, delicate floral grape notes on the nose, and a faint hint of spice on the finish.  

Baciamoci

​With notes of stone fruit, raspberry and mango, this light semi-dry wine tastes sweet initially and finishes with subtle tartness.

This white blend of two Seyval Blancs, Sauvignon Blanc and two Chardonnays has notes of green apple, passion fruit and melon balanced with vanilla and a light oaky spice.

French-style dry rosé with tart cherries, strawberries, fresh petals and hints of vanilla. 

This sweet late harvest Vidal Blanc dances with the taste of golden raisins and the color of an autumn evening.

Orange Wine

​Tramonto

The nose deceptively hints that the wine is sweet, but an initial sip establishes its complex, dry nature.  The nose has notes of beeswax, raw almonds, and orange rind.  Its bold taste unfolds with waves of fig, dried orange peel, almonds, and nuttiness with a long finish.

Red Wines

Reserve Chambourcin

The vibrant ruby color is a doorway to intense flavors of dark plum and black cherry.  Smooth and rick, an initial wave of oaky tannin leads top notes of sweet tobacco and peppery herbs followed by a long dry finish.

A Norton-Chambourcin blend with notes of chocolate, cherry, vanilla with hints of smoke.

Chambourcin

A medium-bodied Chambourcin with notes of cherry, vanilla, baking spice and a sharp cranberry finish. 

Backpack Red

​A semi-dry Chambourcin and Norton blend with notes of cherry, light spice, pomegranate and a crisp, dry finish.

Loft Red

This light Chambourcin is a semi-dry red wine with soft character, light berry aromas and a smooth finish. 

Sweet Enchantment

Aged in steel tanks, this sweet but balanced wine explodes with fresh Concord grape flavor.  This wine goes well with anything chocolate.

Sparkling Wines

Captivation

This dry sparkling has delicate peach and floral notes.  The palate is fresh and lively with citrus and melon flavors.

Sejour

This pale pink semi-dry sparkling has a beautiful, delicate note and is a well-structured, welcoming wine.

Dessert Wines

Deliciar '14

This golden Port-style wine is rich with vanilla and almonds on the nose.  It has a honey, citrus and nutty flavor with a lingering finish. 

Viagem ' 09 (Norton)

With aromas of candied fruit, vanilla beans, plums and figs, the creamy texture of this wine has a smooth finish.  Hints of toffee, orange citrus and coffee linger in the taste.  Sip as an after-dinner drink or by the fire with a good book

Viagem ' 16 (Chambourcin)

​Notes of cherry, plum and figs offer a fruit forward welcome and smooth nutty finish with hints of vanilla and spices.
